Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Share authentic business operational insights based on your real-world experience running a small business
  • Test and evaluate project management, CRM, communication, and productivity tools, providing actionable feedback
  • Analyze and document workflows to help develop more efficient AI-driven processes
  • Collaborate with the customer's team to validate scenarios and data for training purposes
  • Participate in user research sessions, identifying pain points and unique requirements in daily business operations
  • Supply anonymized real-world data and scenarios to enhance model realism and accuracy
  • Recommend innovative process automation strategies that reflect actual business needs Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Active ownership and daily operations of a small business
  • Proven proficiency in business operations, project management, and workflow optimization
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and SaaS productivity tools
  • Strong verbal communication skills for clear feedback and collaboration

What is the catch?

What does the work actually look like?

How flexible is the schedule?
