We never touch your operational data. Here is exactly what that means.

Does aitrainer.work ever see, collect, or store our operational data?

No. We never receive, view, hold, or process any company data: not SOPs, not CRM exports, not PII, not a sample, not a redacted excerpt. Our eligibility check asks you to self-report information about your company (headcount, tooling, documentation practices) in the abstract. It never asks you to upload, paste, or attach an actual file or record.

Who actually receives our data, and under what terms?

If you choose to proceed after the check, we connect you directly with one of our partners (currently micro1 or Mercor, depending on your company size) and their own official process. From that point forward, you are dealing directly with the partner, under the partner's own data-handling terms and agreement, not ours. We have no visibility into that conversation, the data shared within it, or the resulting contract.

How does the partner actually handle our data once we're connected?

That's between you and the partner, and varies by partner. Mercor, for example, publishes its own process: you choose which systems are in scope, connect them via read-only OAuth, an automated pipeline extracts and anonymizes the data (Mercor states this masks 60+ types of sensitive identifiers and that no AI lab buyer or third party ever sees the raw content), and Mercor states it holds SOC 2 Type II certification. We have not audited this ourselves; we're relaying what the partner states publicly, the same way we'd point you to any partner's own security documentation.

What is aitrainer.work's role in this, exactly?

We assess your readiness and connect you with AI partners who license workflow data. The eligibility check scores whether your company's profile (size, tooling, documentation maturity, governance readiness) is a plausible fit for a data-licensing partnership, before you spend time on a partner's intake process. We are not a data processor, sub-processor, broker, or escrow of any kind, because we never hold the thing being licensed.

What happens to the answers we give in the check itself?

Check answers are aggregate, self-reported signals (for example, "30 or more employees," "uses Salesforce"), never company-identifying records or files. We use them to compute your score and, if you choose to continue, to route you to the right partner opportunity. We do not sell or share individual responses with anyone outside of facilitating that handoff.

Do you get paid for referring us?

We may receive a referral reward from the partner if your company is later placed in a paid licensing partnership. This is standard practice for a referral-based gateway and does not change the terms the partner offers you. You negotiate your own deal directly with them.

Can we ask you to delete anything?

Yes. Because we never hold your operational data in the first place, there is nothing to delete on that front. If you want your assessment responses or contact information removed from our records, contact us and we will delete them.

What if our company decides we are not ready, after seeing our score?

Your score and answers stay with you. We only share anything with the partner if you actively choose to continue to their application flow.
