Job Summary
We are seeking accomplished Academic Researchers to join our customer's team in a dynamic, expert-level capacity. This contract role is ideal for professionals who thrive in remote, collaborative environments and demonstrate exceptional proficiency in academic research, document review, and written communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise, delivering high-quality, evidence-based insights. Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Word and PDF, utilizing advanced features such as tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals, to support diverse project needs. Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for Fortune 500 standards. Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables. Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors. Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution. Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents (tracked changes, formatting, data extraction, document review). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables. Proven record of producing high-quality, client-ready outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies. Prior involvement in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations document workflows. Active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings.
