Key Responsibilities
Translate diverse content accurately between Belarusian and other languages, preserving meaning and tone. Write, edit, and proofread Belarusian language materials for clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance. Collaborate closely with AI training teams to annotate, evaluate, and refine Belarusian language data. Review and critique AI-generated Belarusian text, providing in-depth feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure all linguistic output meets established quality standards and aligns with project objectives. Stay updated on trends and changes in Belarusian language usage to inform content development. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance AI language model capabilities and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in Belarusian, with exceptional command of grammar and stylistics. Proven experience in writing, translating, and editing professional Belarusian content. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for linguistic accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly. Experience working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment. Solid understanding of Belarusian cultural nuances and contextual language usage. What is the catch?
Privacy. Micro1 projects often require you to install time-tracking software that takes screenshots of your desktop while you work to ensure you are actually working. If you are uncomfortable with monitoring software, this might not be for you.
What does the work actually look like?
