Your expertise will have a direct impact on developing high-quality materials, driving collaboration, and enhancing productivity in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and maintain complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and implement efficient workflow solutions.
- Format, analyze, and validate data to support AI training initiatives.
- Create detailed documentation and guides for project processes.
- Ensure all project materials adhere to brand and quality standards.
- Regularly communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Google Suite applications. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
