Leverage your expertise in Gmail, Calendar, and Drive to optimize workflows, enhance data management, and contribute to innovative solutions in a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Google Suite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) for project efficiency. Support the integration of Google Suite tools within the AI training frameworks and project workflows. Develop and maintain documentation for Google Suite processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align tool functionalities with project objectives and user needs. Identify opportunities for automation and improvement within Google Suite applications to optimize daily operations. Provide expert-level support and training to team members regarding Google Suite capabilities and updates. Stay updated on new Google Suite features and proactively recommend enhancements to maximize productivity. Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in Gmail, Google Calendar, and/or Google Drive management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving. Experience supporting teams in remote environments using collaborative cloud-based tools. Proven ability to document processes and create clear, user-friendly guides. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic project setting. Strong commitment to quality, security, and efficiency in handling data and workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in AI or data training projects. Certifications in Google Suite administration or related areas. Familiarity with automation tools or scripting for Google Workspace.
