Job Title: Microsoft Office Specialist Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Office expert to join our customer's team for an exciting AI training project. In this dynamic, remote role, you will leverage your intermediate expertise in Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint to support and enhance collaborative workflows essential for AI-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint to facilitate seamless communication and information sharing across project teams. Maintain and organize digital documentation, ensuring accessibility and version control for AI training data. Collaborate with team members to set up, manage, and optimize SharePoint sites and Teams channels tailored to project needs. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all digital interactions and project documentation. Support the onboarding of new team members by providing guidance on Microsoft Office tools and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues within the Microsoft Office suite. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows supporting the overall AI training project objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to clarity and detail. Experience working remotely and effectively collaborating within distributed teams. Ability to organize information, manage digital assets, and maintain structured workflows. Adaptability to evolving project requirements and a proactive approach to learning new tools or processes. Demonstrated reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines and project deliverables. Familiarity with data privacy and digital collaboration best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Previous participation in AI, data annotation, or technology-driven projects. Experience training others in using Microsoft Office suite tools. Knowledge of additional Microsoft 365 applications or automation tools.
