About this Role

Job Summary: As a Senior Media Designer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and enhance complex PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides presentations to meet top-tier consulting and banking standards. • Ensure brand consistency and high-impact visual communication across all corporate decks. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand messaging goals and translate data into compelling visual narratives. • Leverage the Adobe Creative Suite for advanced graphics, infographics, and data visualization. • Proactively manage and update template libraries for repeatable and scalable design excellence. • Mentor and support other designers by sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback. • Identify and solve design challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mastery of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for high-level corporate presentation design. • Deep experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphics and data visualization. • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to juggle multiple projects. • Proven ability to maintain visual and brand consistency across large-scale decks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement. • Track record of effective collaboration in remote work environments. • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude toward design improvements.

What is the catch?

Privacy. Micro1 projects often require you to install time-tracking software that takes screenshots of your desktop while you work to ensure you are actually working. If you are uncomfortable with monitoring software, this might not be for you.

What does the work actually look like?

It is practical, hands-on data work. You might be recording short videos, categorizing images, rating text responses, or analyzing data. The tasks are designed to be short and distinct—typically 5-60 minutes per task.

How flexible is the schedule?

Extremely. This is true "log in and work" flexibility. You can usually work for 20 minutes or 4 hours depending on your availability. There are rarely minimum hour requirements, making it ideal for side income.

Is there an interview?
