Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Support Engineer Expert, playing a crucial role in the success of a cutting-edge AI Training project. In this remote expert-level position, you will leverage your extensive experience in network administration and technical support to ensure seamless operations, collaborating across diverse teams and contributing to innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure in a rapidly evolving AI Training environment. Monitor, maintain, and optimize network systems to guarantee high availability and performance. Act as a subject matter expert for escalated technical issues, resolving complex problems efficiently. Create, document, and optimize support processes, workflows, and best practices for the customer's team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify network-related challenges and implement effective solutions. Deliver clear, concise communication in both written and verbal form to stakeholders at all levels. Contribute to ongoing technical knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in network administration, with deep knowledge of modern network architectures and protocols. Expert-level technical support experience, with a track record of resolving complex support issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in diagnosing and addressing issues. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and clarity. Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced remote environment. Experience supporting projects or solutions related to AI or data-driven technologies is a plus. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in network administration or technical support (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+). Background working with AI training projects or data pipelines. Experience in global, distributed support teams.
