Tagalog AI Search SFT Specialist - The Philippines

You will review and improve AI-generated Tagalog answers to search-based prompts, evaluating reasoning and research trajectories (queries, sources, verification). Your work ensures responses are accurate, well-localized for the Philippines, efficiently researched, and clearly formatted through fact-checking, error detection, and actionable feedback. This is a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible hours at SME Careers (SuperAnnotate).

### Your Profile
- Native Tagalog proficiency with excellent writing/editing skills (required).
- Strong English proficiency (speaking + writing) to follow guidelines and provide clear feedback (required).
- Prior experience in data annotation, AI training, evaluation, localization QA, research, journalism, or related work.
- Demonstrated ability to assess source credibility and verify factual/time-sensitive claims online.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort applying detailed rubrics in high-volume, hourly contractor workflows.
- Experience annotating or evaluating research/search trajectories is strongly preferred.

### Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI Training Content: Review, edit, and/or generate Tagalog responses for prompts that require web search, ensuring strong localization and correct conclusions.
- Optimize Search Efficiency: Evaluate and improve research trajectories (queries, search steps, source selection, verification strategy) to produce accurate answers with minimal wasted steps.
- Fact-Check & Verify: Validate time-sensitive or factual claims using reputable sources; flag unsupported claims and propose corrected answers with evidence.
