Key Responsibilities
Edit and refine German language content for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance across digital platforms. Translate documents and communications from English to German and vice versa, ensuring cultural nuance and clarity. Collaborate with AI Trainers to localize and optimize language models for the German-speaking market. Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated German text, contributing to ongoing language model improvements. Support content development and quality assurance processes for digital tools and software applications. Contribute linguistic expertise to interdisciplinary projects and cross-functional team initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German language trends, usage, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in German, with excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Proven experience in translation, editing, and written communication in a professional setting. Strong familiarity with digital tools and content management systems. Keen attention to detail and a passion for linguistic precision. Demonstrated ability to adapt content for different audiences and digital formats. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English. Experience with localization workflows and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in AI training, language technology, or similar digital content environments. Experience working with interdisciplinary and remote teams. Knowledge of additional languages or localization tools.
