Your expertise will play an important role in shaping the future of AI. ## About the Role In this hourly, remote contract role, you will review and compare AI-generated answers to frontend engineering prompts, evaluating reasoning quality, step-by-step problem solving, and adherence to the request. You will check solutions for correctness and clarity, fact-check technical claims, identify gaps in methodology or conceptual understanding, and provide structured feedback that helps models produce accurate, well-explained results. You will also write high-quality reference explanations and rate multiple responses against consistent criteria. Your work will directly help improve the world's premier AI models. ## What You'll Do - Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects. - Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance. - Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases. - Communicate evaluation outcomes, corrections, and rationale in clear, professional English so other reviewers can reproduce your judgments consistently. - Review AI-generated JavaScript/TypeScript solutions for frontend tasks in ReactJs and AngularJs, verifying correctness, edge cases, and maintainability. - Apply a consistent evaluation framework to UI code and explanations, including React rendering behavior, AngularJs digest-cycle implications, and Tailwind CSS class composition choices. - Identify subtle frontend failure modes in AI outputs (e.g., stale closures in React hooks, AngularJs watcher churn, Tailwind class conflicts) and document the root cause and expected fix at a reviewer-ready level of detail. ## What You Bring - 5–10+ years of relevant professional experience building and maintaining production frontend applications. - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - English proficiency: Minimum C1 level. - Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated content is strongly preferred. - Expert JavaScript (ES2019+) knowledge, including event loop behavior, asynchronous patterns, closures, and browser execution pitfalls that affect UI correctness. - Strong TypeScript skills (strict typing, generics, discriminated unions, type guards) to evaluate correctness and maintainability of typed frontend solutions. - Deep ReactJs experience (hooks, rendering/reconciliation, memoization trade-offs, performance profiling heuristics) to distinguish correct solutions from plausible-but-wrong answers. - Working mastery of AngularJs fundamentals (scopes, digest cycle, watchers, directives, dependency injection) to evaluate legacy-framework solutions accurately. - Advanced CSS proficiency with Tailwind CSS, including scalable utility composition, responsive variants, and avoiding class-order/specificity issues. - Detail-oriented and self-directed work style suited to remote, flexible-hours contract work (consistent scoring, careful fact-checking, and clear documentation). ## Application & Onboarding Process 1.
