Requirements
- Mercor is hiring Pediatricians on behalf of a healthcare AI partner building advanced clinical decision-support systems focused on pediatric diagnostics, preventive care, and age-specific treatment protocols. In this role you will apply your clinical expertise to review and validate pediatric medical data, directly shaping safe and reliable medical AI. This role connects real-world pediatric practice with applied AI, ensuring accurate representation of developmental considerations, vaccine guidelines, and pediatric-specific edge cases.
- Clinical Data Annotation
- Review and label pediatric EHR notes, growth charts, immunisation records, and case data.
- Validate diagnoses, developmental milestones, and weight-based treatment plans.
- Quality Review & Model Evaluation
- Audit datasets for accuracy and alignment with AAP/CDC guidelines.
- Must be eligible to work in Remote
