What's the pay structure?
Each listing states its own hourly rate, and Mercor's homepage states an average contracted rate of $109/hr. Rates differ by field: language roles sit well below legal, medical and finance roles.
How often do I get paid?
Every Wednesday for the previous work week, through Stripe or Wise. Stripe Instant Payout can move funds to your bank in about 30 minutes for a 1% fee. The payout account must be in your own legal name.
Is Mercor available in my country?
