Certified AI Training Fundamentals
A portable credential for AI training work. Built for people landing a first gig, switching careers, or wanting a signal that travels across hiring platforms.
For people training AI for a living
A credential the hiring side recognizes.
AI training pays well when you can read a long prompt carefully, judge between two model outputs, write a clean rubric, follow strict formatting rules, and reason about safety. Platforms screen for these skills with short trial tasks, and most candidates fail the trial. This certification lets the screening team see you already know the work, so the trial becomes a formality instead of a wall.
The studying is free. The credential is paid. The talent pool placement is yours once you pass.

How AI training works
The business model behind the work, who pays, what for, and why it exists.
Passing the screening process
What recruiters check on a trial task, what predicts success, what gets you cut.
Annotation tasks
Labelling, classification, ranking, and the small formatting habits that separate good work from rejected work.
RLHF foundations
Preference judgements, ranking outputs, writing the tie-break rationale that reviewers trust.
Ground-truth research
Verifying claims, citing sources, reasoning about answers nobody can fully verify.
Instruction following
Reading long prompts without missing the constraint buried on line 14.
Markdown and JSON formatting
The format rules that quietly reject more candidates than any other single skill.
Safety and content policy
Refusals, edge cases, calibrating between over-blocking and under-blocking.

Common questions
Iβve never done this work before. Should I still try?
Yes. The free Academy teaches the actual skills (annotation, RLHF judgments, formatting rules, the rest), and the exam just checks whether it stuck. If you can pass the free practice exam, youβre ready for the real one.
Will platforms actually care about this?
They wonβt take it as a guarantee of a job, no certificate does. What it does is skip the doubt: instead of a recruiter wondering if you understand the work, they can see youβve already proven it. Thatβs often the difference between getting a trial task and getting ignored.
What if I donβt pass the first time?
You get a second attempt for free, no waiting period. Take it right away or spend a couple of days reviewing first, whichever helps more.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, full refund within 14 days, as long as you havenβt started an attempt. Goes back to whatever you paid with.
What do the questions actually look like?
Multiple choice and multi-select, pulled from a bigger pool each time, so your retake isnβt the same test with the answers memorized.
Does it expire?
No. Itβs yours for good, and the verification link stays live so anyone can check it later.
Why is it only in English?
Because thatβs the language almost every AI training and data annotation platform hires in, including most "bilingual" roles. An English certificate is the one that actually gets used.
