Most AI training platforms have gated pipelines. The pool gets your name through them without you having to chase each one.

We manually review strong candidates and refer them directly when a posting fits. When a direct referral isn't an option, we'll invite you to apply as soon as a relevant opening comes up.
Get a vouch on Mercor
Applicants who arrive through someone Mercor trusts get a different reception. Apply to a Mercor role from our job board and we can vouch for you when the fit is there.

What to expect once you're in
- · Every match is reviewed by a person before anything goes out.
- · Partners contact you directly. When a platform wants to take a next step, like an interview or onboarding, they reach out to you on their end. You won't get blow-by-blow update emails from us.
- · Your profile stays private. We only share it with a partner when we're actively putting you forward for a specific posting.
- · Joining is free. There is no cost to be in the pool.
- · Leaving is one toggle. On your profile page, the moment you flip it off you're out of the pool. Your account, certificate, and badges stay where they are.
Questions worth answering
Do I need a CV? +
You can join without one. Country, languages, and experience are enough for most postings. A CV helps when a role calls for a specific domain background, like medical or legal, since we cannot credibly put you forward for those with nothing to show.
Do I need the certificate? +
No. The pool considers your full profile either way. The certificate adds a verified skill signal that some partners weigh, but it's not required to be put forward.
How do Mercor vouches work? +
Mercor needs to see that you came in through us before we can vouch. That means applying to the role from our job board rather than going to mercor.com directly. If the posting fits your profile, we vouch on our end. If you applied another way, the link to us isn't there and we can't.
How often will I hear from you? +
Rarely. When a partner wants to take a next step, they contact you directly. We don't send a notification for every submission, and we keep the inbox traffic on our end low on purpose.
Who can see my profile? +
The aitrainer.work team, and any partner platform we are actively submitting you to for a specific posting. Nothing is public, and if that ever changes we'll ask you again before opting you in.
How many matches should I expect? +
It depends on your country, languages, background, and what partners are hiring at the time. A native French speaker in Côte d'Ivoire with a CV will see more than a generalist without one. The pool is early, so the honest answer is: modest, and worth keeping your profile current for.
How do I leave? +
One toggle on your profile page. To delete the underlying data as well, email privacy@aitrainer.work.
