Talent Pool Terms

1. What the Talent Pool Is

The aitrainer.work talent pool is a curated database of candidates who have opted in to be considered for referrals to partner platforms offering AI training and annotation work. Membership is open to any registered user — you do not need to hold a certification to join.

2. What Joining Means

By joining the talent pool, you agree that:

• Your profile — including your name, country, languages, experience level, optional CV, and certification status — may be reviewed by the aitrainer.work team when assessing candidates for specific role matches.
• If you hold an aitrainer.work certification, your exam score and assessed skill data may also be considered as part of that review.
• When we identify a strong match between your profile and a specific role on a partner platform (for example Turing or Mercor), we may submit your profile to that partner as a referral or vouch. This submission may include your name, country, languages, certification status, exam score, and — if you uploaded one — your CV.
• We do not contact you to confirm each individual referral. Joining the pool is the consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Section 5), and we will email you when a partner takes the next step, such as inviting you to an interview or onboarding.
• Referrals are selective. Not every pool member will be submitted to a given role, and we only act when there is both a fit and an active relationship with that platform.

3. What We Will Not Do

• Share your data with anyone other than a specific partner reviewing you for a specific role.
• Submit you to a role you don't fit, or to a partner with whom we have no referral arrangement.
• Sell your data to any third party.
• List your profile on a public, searchable directory. If we ever build one, we will ask you again before opting you in.
• Charge you. Membership in the talent pool is and will remain free.

4. No Guarantee of Referral or Placement

Being in the talent pool does not guarantee that you will be referred to any partner platform, contacted for any role, or hired or accepted onto any platform. The talent pool is a consideration mechanism, not a placement service. aitrainer.work is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

5. How to Withdraw

You can leave the talent pool at any time by unchecking "Consider me for referrals to partner platforms" on your profile page (/academy/profile/setup). Once you leave, your profile will no longer be considered for referrals. Withdrawal does not affect your account, your certification, or any other service on the platform.

If you uploaded a CV, withdrawal pauses its use in referrals but does not delete the file. To remove it, use the delete button on your profile page, or email privacy@aitrainer.work and we will remove it within 7 days.

6. Data and Privacy

Data collected in connection with the talent pool is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the talent pool section (Section 4.4). You may request deletion of your profile data at any time by emailing privacy@aitrainer.work.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued membership in the talent pool after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
