Methodology
"Referred" counts every candidate we've submitted to a partner platform. "Hired" counts referrals the platform has confirmed as hired. The hire rate is hired divided by referred, pooled across platforms. Many referred candidates never finish an application, so read it as a lower bound. Figures are rounded and refreshed nightly.
Time to hire is the median gap between referral and confirmed hire, pooled across the platforms that report a hire date for each candidate. We use the median so a few slow roles don't skew it.
