We help people get hired for AI training and data work by referring them into open roles across the platforms that pay for it. This page is our honest scoreboard: how many referrals turn into real hires, how long it takes, and which platforms actually move. Every number is pulled live from each partner's own referral dashboard.

Methodology
"Referred" counts every candidate we've submitted to a partner platform. "Hired" counts referrals that partner has confirmed as placed in a role. The hire rate is simply hired divided by referred. Some partners give us an exact hire date for each candidate; others only share a running total, which is what the note under a platform's bar means.
The time-to-hire figure is a median across the 211 hires where a partner gave us both a start date and a hire date. We use the median rather than the average so a few slow roles don't skew it, and we leave out partners that only share running totals.
