About this Role
Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Canva User/Specialist and play a key role in advancing AI training initiatives. In this expert-level remote role, you'll leverage your hands-on Canva experience to contribute to a dynamic and innovative data collection environment, helping to shape the next generation of creative AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize Canva extensively to create, edit, and manage a variety of design assets as required for AI training purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent assets. Document design processes and decisions clearly to support effective AI training and data annotation. Provide constructive feedback on Canva workflows and usability, sharing insights to enhance team effectiveness. Maintain organized repositories of creative materials and ensure proper version control for all design files. Communicate clearly and promptly via written and verbal channels, ensuring project goals and updates are understood by stakeholders. Participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute to team discussions focused on process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Canva at a user level (not advanced designer/graphic artist). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to follow guidelines and instructions precisely while maintaining creativity within set parameters. Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote working best practices. Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets efficiently. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and feedback. Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
