Contribute to problem-solving and innovation efforts, ensuring quality workmanship on every task. Required Skills and Qualifications: Extensive hands-on construction site experience in carpentry or general construction work. Proven ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a diverse team environment. Strong proficiency with basic hand and power tools applicable to carpentry. Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures. Effective written and verbal communication skills to report on work status and coordinate with the team. Demonstrated reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail in all tasks. Intermediate comfort with mobile apps for project tracking and communication. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multiple areas of general construction beyond carpentry. Familiarity with digital construction management tools and technology.
