Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to information systems, data management, and software development initiatives. Oversee the daily operations of IT departments and ensure that technical teams operate efficiently and align with organizational goals. Set project priorities, develop standards, and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions and continuous process improvements. Collaborate with department heads, vendors, and system users to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts, programmers, and IT specialists, fostering an adaptable and accountable culture. Maintain and optimize database systems and web platforms, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability. Provide technical support and guidance, proactively addressing challenges to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in information systems, IT management, or a closely related field. Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen attention to detail and clarity. Demonstrated ability in complex problem solving, adaptability, and decision-making within fast-paced environments. Proficient in database management and web platform development software. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and setting technical standards. Strong active listening and collaboration abilities for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Skilled in providing technical support and troubleshooting for diverse IT environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience leading remote or distributed IT teams. Advanced certifications in IT management, project management, or related technologies. Proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives.
