In this dynamic remote role, you will use your native accent authenticity and precision in audio tasks to support the development of next-generation language products. Apply your structured approach and attention to detail to consistently deliver high-quality audio recordings across multiple sessions. Key Responsibilities: Perform structured prompt recording in one or more native languages with accent authenticity and consistency. Capture self-directed audio samples according to detailed project guidelines and quality standards. Maintain consistent and clear pronunciation, tone, and accent across multiple sessions and assignments. Review, self-check, and ensure all submitted audio files meet established criteria for clarity and accuracy. Collaborate with project managers and fellow crowd workers to resolve questions and improve processes. Adhere to specified deadlines and production targets while upholding quality benchmarks. Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels to document progress and share feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications: Native-level fluency in at least two languages with authentic accent and pronunciation. Demonstrated experience in structured audio recording or speech data annotation. Ability to follow complex instructions and audio guidelines independently. Strong commitment to accent consistency and audio quality across all submissions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for status updates and feedback sharing. Meticulous attention to detail and quality control in every session. Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable in a fully remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as an expert crowd worker in linguistic or speech data projects. Technical familiarity with audio editing or voice recording tools. Prior exposure to multilingual AI, speech recognition, or localization projects.
