Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with AI training teams to provide hands-on culinary insights, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for training models. Prepare diverse dishes with a focus on consistency, quality, and adherence to nutritional guidelines. Document culinary processes, standardized recipes, and preparation techniques in clear, detailed written formats. Evaluate and provide feedback on generated recipes and food production workflows to improve AI output. Maintain a keen eye for detail while executing recipes in fast-paced environments, mirroring real restaurant conditions. Communicate findings, challenges, and recommendations through strong verbal and written reports. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met during culinary tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in professional kitchens, preferably within high-volume or fast-paced establishments. Strong foundation in cooking methods, ingredient sourcing, and food production processes. Expertise in nutrition, with the ability to balance taste and health requirements in menu development. Experience in executing a wide variety of global cuisines and culinary styles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear documentation and feedback. Demonstrated ability to maintain consistency and quality in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in using digital tools and remote collaboration platforms.
