Join our customer’s team as a Business Intelligence / Data Analytics Specialist, where you will empower data-driven decision-making using industry-leading BI tools. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Metabase to drive business performance and efficiency. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust analytics and reporting solutions. Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to end users. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to support ongoing business initiatives. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytic projects and reports. Present findings and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal presentations. Continuously evaluate new data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Expert-level proficiency with Metabase for developing analytics and dashboard solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote setting. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Metabase with various data sources and APIs. Background in business process optimization or digital transformation initiatives. Advanced certification in data analytics or BI platforms is a plus.
