We seek an educator who is passionate about fostering effective communication skills, inspiring students through interactive virtual learning environments, and providing constructive feedback. Your expertise will help empower students to become confident writers and communicators. Key Responsibilities: Teach online writing and communication courses, utilizing innovative methodologies to promote active student participation and retention. Prepare comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, lesson plans, and handouts tailored to course objectives. Evaluate and grade students’ classwork, assignments, and papers in a timely and constructive manner. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate vibrant classroom discussions that encourage critical thinking and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, grades, and other essential documentation. Provide individualized support and feedback to address student learning needs and improve their written and verbal communication. Stay current with best practices in virtual instruction and integrate relevant technology to enhance the learning experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity. Proven experience teaching writing or communication courses, preferably in an online or hybrid environment. Proficiency in developing engaging course content and leveraging digital learning platforms. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple classes and student records efficiently. Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating virtual classroom environment. Demonstrated commitment to student success and continuous professional growth. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related discipline. Experience teaching multicultural or international student populations.
