Job Title: Enterprise / ERP Specialist (SAP) Job Type: Contractor (Part-time) Location: Remote Job Summary: Join our customer's team as an Enterprise / ERP Specialist (SAP) and play a pivotal role in transforming business operations through expert ERP solutions. As an experienced SAP professional, you will leverage your technical and functional expertise to drive successful ERP strategies and ensure seamless integration and optimization across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP ERP systems to support business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions. Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver effective training to end-users for smooth system adoption. Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP advancements, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems in a specialist or expert capacity. Proficient in ERP processes, system optimization, and integration techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within dynamic, cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous professional growth. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SAP or related ERP modules. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations. Background in delivering training and user support for SAP environments.
