Key Responsibilities
Supervise, motivate, and support entertainment and recreation staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and activities to ensure seamless execution of programs and events. Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations, customer standards, and best practices. Facilitate effective communication between team members, management, and participants, both written and verbally. Resolve conflicts, address concerns, and proactively manage team performance and morale. Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to staff to drive professional growth. Contribute to program planning, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in entertainment and recreation supervisory roles—this is our #1 criterion. Strong background in entertainment or recreational program management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate remote teams with diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Technological proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
