Join our customer's team as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven production environments. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production and operations with a focus on optimizing workflow and meeting performance targets. Lead, coach, and mentor production teams, ensuring effective shift management and team engagement. Uphold and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance within all operations. Identify and troubleshoot process issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation and AI technologies. Provide clear and timely written and verbal communication to support team coordination and project goals. Contribute valuable domain knowledge to train innovative AI models for enhanced production management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a First-Line Supervisor in production or operating environments. Proven expertise in overseeing daily production and process execution. Demonstrated ability in team leadership, shift supervision, and staff development. Deep commitment to enforcing safety standards and compliance measures. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for detailed reporting and team collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in process troubleshooting. Familiarity with automation systems and interest in AI-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on technology-driven or AI-related projects. Background in facilitating remote operations or distributed teams. Relevant certifications in production supervision or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
