Job Summary
Join our customer’s dynamic team as a General Admin and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless office operations. We’re seeking an expert administrative professional with over 3 years of experience to provide outstanding support, manage key processes, and drive operational excellence—all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level administrative and office support across various functions to enhance team productivity. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently using Google Calendar and Gmail. Prepare, edit, and format documents with proficiency in MS Word, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all administrative records are up to date. Coordinate communication between team members, fostering clear and timely exchanges through both written and verbal channels. Monitor workflow, anticipate administrative needs, and proactively resolve issues with attention to detail. Support special projects and provide ad hoc administrative assistance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in general administration and office support roles. Expertise in GCal / Gmail and MS Word for scheduling, communication, and document management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach. Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
