Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Global Mobility Expert, where you'll leverage your expertise in international employee movement and crisis management to develop high-impact AI training rubrics. This unique role blends your knowledge of global mobility with cutting-edge AI initiatives, shaping the future of employee travel tracking and international workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, draft, and review structured rubrics to train AI models on employee travel and cross-border movement scenarios. Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment and evaluation. Collaborate with HR, security, and communications stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity planning (BCP). Leverage crisis management or incident response experience to create realistic, multi-stage scenario rubrics for AI training and evaluation. Assess and refine model outputs, focusing on structured reasoning, judgment under uncertainty, and response planning quality. Document best practices and contribute expertise to rubric development for enterprise-level global mobility operations. Ensure clear, professional written and verbal communications in all deliverables and cross-functional collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations. Experience developing or evaluating rubrics, with the ability to articulate structured feedback for AI or data-centric projects. Strong judgment and decision-making skills in crisis management, emergency operations, or enterprise incident response. Familiarity with organizational workflows, including HR, security, and communications protocols. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and plan multi-stage responses under uncertain conditions. Track record of collaborating in cross-functional, remote teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI training, model evaluation, or related data annotation projects. Advanced certifications in security, business continuity, or global mobility management. Prior involvement in rubric or standards development for complex organizational processes.
