Job Summary
We are seeking experienced HR Experts to join our customer's team in a remote contractor capacity. In this highly impactful role, you will leverage your HR policy, compliance, communications, and people operations expertise to train and evaluate an advanced AI model. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR technology and influence solutions that reach global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templated documents aligned with best practices and regulatory standards. Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Advise on HR compliance, employee relations scenarios, and create supporting artifacts for training and reference purposes. Craft and evaluate employee communications and change management strategies for effective organizational messaging. Contribute real-world expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI-driven HR tools and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable feedback on policy accuracy, clarity, and applicability in various workplace contexts. Document and organize knowledge resources to support ongoing AI model learning and performance improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven background as a HR Policy and Compliance Specialist, People Operations Manager, or HR Communication & Change Management Specialist. Extensive experience in internal policy development, policy updates, and creation of actionable HR templates. Strong command of HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding design, and internal communications. Excellent ability to synthesize complex HR topics into clear, practical documentation and supporting materials. Demonstrated success in managing or advising on HR operations within diverse or global organizations. Experience creating, updating, and evaluating supporting artifacts such as handbooks, guidelines, and process flows. Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience training or evaluating HR-related AI models or digital HR platforms. Knowledge of international HR standards and multi-jurisdictional policy requirements. Advanced expertise in organizational change management and employee experience design.
