Job Summary

Join our forward-thinking customer's team as a Linear User/Specialist, where your expertise in Linear will help shape the future of AI-powered workflows. In this expert-level, remote role, you will play a key part in training and optimizing AI systems by leveraging your hands-on experience and deep understanding of the Linear platform.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize in-depth knowledge of Linear at the user level to support AI training initiatives. Test and evaluate Linear workflows and features, providing structured feedback to enhance AI learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify workflow improvements. Document and communicate process details clearly, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyze user behaviors and usage patterns within Linear to support data-driven decisions. Help develop and refine guidelines for best practices in Linear usage tailored to AI training needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest updates to Linear and proactively share relevant information with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Linear (not administrator or developer). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Comfort with remote collaboration and digital communication tools. Analytical thinker with a user-centric approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Familiarity with AI training or willingness to learn about AI-driven processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience contributing to AI or software training projects. Experience working in a distributed, fast-paced team environment. Interest in the intersection of technology, productivity, and AI-powered solutions.
