Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Microsoft 365 Specialist, leveraging your expertise with the full Microsoft 365 suite to support prompt creation, data evaluation, and artifact assessment across a variety of scenarios. This expert-level, US-based opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to impact innovative data projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, adapt, and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams. Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions, ensuring accuracy and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and implement process improvements. Maintain meticulous documentation related to prompt modifications and model evaluations. Identify trends in data labeling and provide actionable feedback for model enhancement. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations. Ensure all project work aligns with organizational standards and data privacy requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Specialist-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex processes succinctly. Demonstrated experience in data labeling, prompt creation, or related evaluation workflows. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing digital artifacts and model outputs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment. US-based, with availability for remote collaboration in a distributed team. High standard of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in AI or machine learning-driven environments. Familiarity with quality assurance or data validation processes. Background in technical documentation or workflow optimization.
