Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Office to help refine and train AI models, ensuring top-tier document quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Review and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy, clarity, and formatting using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Collaborate with the AI development team to identify areas for improvement in document handling and automation processes. Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to optimize AI interactions with Office files. Create sample files and scenarios to support data annotation and algorithm training needs. Analyze template structures and propose enhancements for more efficient data processing. Communicate findings and insights clearly through both written reports and virtual meetings. Maintain high standards of information security and confidentiality throughout all tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Experience working with document formatting, data organization, and content structuring tools.
