About this Role
Job Title: Product Analytics Job Type: Contractor (Part-time) Location: Remote Job Summary: Join our customer's team as a Product Analytics expert and play a key role in shaping data-driven product decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging your analytics expertise to influence product direction and user experiences. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze product performance data to uncover insights that inform strategy and feature development. Develop and track key product metrics, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define success metrics and measure outcomes. Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product hypotheses and drive continuous improvement. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling and visualization. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across analytics platforms and ensure best practices in data collection. Champion a data-informed culture within the team, advocating for decisions rooted in analytics. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar). Minimum 3 years’ experience in product analytics or a closely related analytics role. Expert proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Strong command of product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, mobile, or consumer web product environments. Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Background in user research, behavioral analytics, or customer journey mapping.
