Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recreation Worker or in a similar role involving activity planning and program execution. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in remote, cross-functional teams. Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, managing multiple project tasks and deadlines. Demonstrated safety awareness, ensuring realistic and responsible recreation program scenarios.
