Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are replenished and arranged according to established standards. Inspect rooms for safety hazards and maintenance needs, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate channels. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors to coordinate seamless room readiness. Maintain strict adherence to sanitation protocols to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests. Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing schedules and guest requirements as needed. Uphold the reputation of our customer’s team through meticulous work and positive guest interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in room or facility cleaning in hospitality or related environments. Strong time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and adherence to tight turnaround schedules. Exceptional physical stamina and endurance to manage repetitive movements and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear collaboration within a remote team.
