About this Role
Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Sanitation Lead / Facilities Custodian and take ownership of maintaining impeccable industrial/commercial hygiene standards. You will leverage smart chemical dispensing technology and digital task-tracking apps to drive operational excellence, all while ensuring a safe and compliant workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily sanitation of facilities, following digital "clean-route" schedules to ensure all areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards. Utilize advanced mobile fleet and task management apps to document and track sanitation tasks in real time. Operate industrial cleaning equipment with expertise, maintaining operational safety and efficiency. Manage chemical inventory through digital platforms, following OSHA guidelines for safe handling and storage. Report facility issues, damages, or hazards promptly and clearly using mobile reporting portals. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to facility cleanliness. Champion ongoing improvements by identifying sanitation process enhancements and implementing best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of OSHA chemical safety standards and best practices. Demonstrated proficiency with mobile fleet and task tracking applications. Hands-on experience operating industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration. Ability to follow digital schedules and protocols to maintain high hygiene standards. Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for identifying issues and delivering solutions. Preferred Qualifications
