Join our customer's team as a Senior Frontend Engineer (Tailwind) and play a crucial role in building and maintaining world-class user interfaces. Leverage your expertise in React, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS to develop responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect applications. Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-performance, scalable, and maintainable UI experiences.

Optimize frontend performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and enforcing best practices. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our UI architecture and component library. Champion accessibility and usability standards to deliver inclusive products. Communicate proactively, providing clear technical feedback in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive experience developing complex frontends with React and JavaScript. Expertise in Tailwind CSS, with a passion for responsive and scalable design systems. Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization best practices. Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UIs closely aligned with design requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working remotely. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, distributed teams.
