About this Role
Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Spanish Language Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping communication excellence. As a valued team member, you will leverage your advanced Spanish language skills to support multilingual initiatives, foster cultural understanding, and elevate the overall quality of both written and verbal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Translate documents, presentations, and other materials from English to Spanish and vice versa while ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. Review, proofread, and edit Spanish-language content for clarity, consistency, and linguistic quality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert language support for projects, meetings, and daily communications. Assist in the development and localization of training materials and internal resources. Offer guidance on Spanish communication best practices and cultural nuances to enhance team effectiveness. Conduct language assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve team proficiency. Support the creation of engaging written and verbal content for diverse audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English, with superior command of written and verbal communication. Solid understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic conventions in both Spanish and English. Experience in translation, localization, and editing of professional documents. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field. Experience supporting multilingual teams or working in an international environment. Familiarity with industry-standard translation and editing tools.
