Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Telephone Operator to manage incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Route calls to the appropriate department or personnel. Provide callers with accurate information by referencing internal directories or databases. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or basic service information. Document call details and maintain accurate records in the system. Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Support customers with billing inquiries, incorrect call connections, or service-related questions. Update directory information and internal contact lists when required. Follow company communication guidelines, call-handling procedures, and service standards.
