About this Role
You will label operational scenarios commonly handled by SRE/production operations teams in a B2B SaaS environment. Your work will train an AI agent to reason about what information it can use (and who can see what) during incidents, escalations, and operational workflows. You’ll apply structured guidelines and contextual integrity norms to produce consistent yes/no/undecidable labels with short justifications. This is a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible hours at SME Careers (SuperAnnotate).
### Your Profile
- 1+ years of experience in SRE / Production Ops / Incident Management / Technical Ops in a B2B SaaS context.
- Strong English writing and reasoning skills (required).
- Familiarity with workflows such as incident response, escalation paths, postmortems, runbooks, and access provisioning.
- Comfortable reading basic technical context (logs, system symptoms, service ownership) without needing expert coding skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to apply a rubric consistently.
- Experience with on-call processes, paging/alerting, or operational comms is a plus.
### Key Responsibilities
- Review SRE-style workplace scenarios (executor role, task, cast, attributes).
- Judge AI agent attribute appropriateness and visibility per cast member (e.g., on-call engineer vs. customer-facing roles).
- Label yes/no/undecidable with a concise, norms-based justification.
- Apply guidelines consistently during ambiguous, time-pressured incident contexts.
- Ensure decisions align with privacy, operational safety, and least-privilege expectations.
Requirements
- Advanced degree or strong hands-on professional experience in the domain
- Ability to pass domain-specific qualification assessments
- Eligible to create a verified account on Deel (for payments/compliance)
- Proficiency in English (for instructions and feedback)
- Must be located in one of the 40+ supported countries (e.g., Worldwide)
