Join our micro1 team as a Python Evaluator and play a vital role in shaping the future of AI-driven coding models. Key Responsibilities

Lead live, 1-hour technical interviews focused on advanced Python-based algorithmic challenges. Evaluate participant performance with detailed attention to logical reasoning, code quality, and algorithm optimization. Systematically classify interview results by skill level, particularly in areas such as data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming. Generate thorough written reports outlining problem-solving strategies, key achievements, and areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with the AI training team, providing constructive feedback to enhance model evaluation workflows. Consistently uphold high standards of written and verbal communication, ensuring technical clarity and accuracy throughout all deliverables. Follow standardized assessment protocols and deliver results within established timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong, production-level expertise in Python and a commitment to engineering best practices. Demonstrated ability to solve and clearly explain LeetCode Easy-level algorithm problems independently. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related STEM field. Minimum of 2 years of professional software engineering experience. Outstanding proficiency in English communication, with a particular emphasis on both writing and speaking. Ability to elucidate complex technical decisions and critically assess coding approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing or conducting technical interviews or coding assessments. Familiarity with AI training processes, model evaluation, or research settings. Contributions to Python open-source projects or engagement within technical communities.
