About this Role
Job Summary
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This project focuses on UI/UX evaluation and enhancement for advanced AI training and assessment initiatives with our customer's team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across a variety of digital platforms. Evaluate the usability and functionality of AI-driven products, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions. Document and communicate design decisions clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Participate in the iterative design and evaluation process, incorporating data-driven insights and user feedback. Uphold industry best practices for UI/UX standards, accessibility, and responsive design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and/or mobile applications. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies. Ability to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly to evolving requirements. Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles. Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in solving design challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products. Background in training, evaluating, or designing for AI-driven interfaces. Comfort in fast-paced, collaborative remote work environments.
