Job Summary: As a Senior Presentation Designer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Create visually compelling and highly polished presentations, leveraging advanced PowerPoint and design skills to meet the highest standards set by top consulting or finance firms. Collaborate with the customer's team to transform complex concepts and data into clear, engaging visual narratives. Review, critique, and enhance existing presentation materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment. Provide expert feedback that will help guide the training of AI systems to better understand design and communication best practices. Ensure all deliverables adhere to established style guides and client specifications. Stay up-to-date on the latest presentation design trends and tools, incorporating best-in-class approaches into your work. Communicate closely with project managers and team members to ensure all requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing high-impact presentations for leading consulting or finance firms. Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex material into compelling visual stories. Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy and layout. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Proven track record of delivering error-free, client-ready presentations under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience training or mentoring other designers in a professional setting. Background in working with AI-driven tools or interest in contributing to AI product development.
