Job Summary: As a Spanish Language Expert (Spain), you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities
Record and review Spanish language audio samples with a native accent from Spain to enhance AI model accuracy. Collaborate with the customer’s team to design and execute effective speech data collection workflows. Evaluate AI-generated transcriptions and pronunciations for phonetic accuracy and naturalness. Offer detailed feedback on language usage, pronunciation nuances, and phonetics specific to Spain’s accent. Document linguistic observations and share insights to refine AI training processes. Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication throughout project documentation and interactions. Ensure all audio contributions meet technical quality standards as outlined by the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native proficiency in Spanish with an authentic accent from Spain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and collaborative. Experience or familiarity with speech data collection and audio recording workflows. Solid understanding of phonetics and Spanish pronunciation patterns. Comfort with technology-driven tasks and willingness to learn new AI training methods. Ability to provide constructive linguistic feedback and analysis. Commitment to delivering high-quality, clear, and accurate audio samples.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in sound engineering, voice acting, podcasting, audio production, or related fields. Prior experience working on AI or speech technology projects. Formal education in linguistics, phonetics, or language studies.
