Key Responsibilities: • Record clear, high-quality audio clips in your native Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) to help build robust AI speech models. • Assess and annotate phonetic, pronunciation, and intonation data with linguistic accuracy. • Evaluate and provide insightful feedback on speech recognition outputs, identifying patterns and inconsistencies. • Collaborate with the customer's team to refine data collection processes and standards. • Ensure precise documentation of recording activities and maintain organized data sets. • Participate in AI workflow improvement discussions by sharing practical insights from the field. • Uphold confidentiality and data quality protocols at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Native-level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic, with exceptional command of written and verbal communication. • Strong understanding of phonetics, phonology, and pronunciation nuances in Arabic. • Proven experience in audio recording, voice acting, podcasting, audio engineering, or similar fields is a plus—but not mandatory. • Comfortable using recording devices and audio software to produce clear speech samples. • High attention to detail when listening, annotating, and evaluating speech data. • Ability to collaborate remotely and contribute effectively in a virtual environment. • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement in AI training workflows. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with AI or speech data collection projects. • Familiarity with linguistic annotation tools and standards. • Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, language technologies, or AI research.
