About this Role
This is a remote, project-by-project role for Investment Banking or Private Equity professionals with 1–3 years of experience and hands-on familiarity with dataroom workflows and due diligence processes. You will review, organize, and analyze dataroom materials — including CIMs, financial statements, legal agreements, cap tables, and supporting transaction documents — applying your IB or PE training to real-world deal documentation. Work is over the next 2–3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project-by-project basis, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept. This position offers exceptional pay, direct exposure to complex transaction materials, and a strong addition to your professional profile.
