Analista de Negocios (Business Analyst - Spanish)

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes
• Provide constructive feedback, training, and professional development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
• Guide the creation of business content — including case studies, financial scenarios, policy analyses, and e-commerce frameworks — in both Spanish and English
• Ensure all outputs are analytically sound, logically structured, and aligned with project objectives

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; professional fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, finance, or domain-focused content roles
• Strong analytical and research skills with a sharp eye for accuracy and logical consistency
• Confident communicator who can give clear, actionable feedback
• Creative thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or content review workflows
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business writing
