Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $150 per hour (up to $3k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find senior private equity professionals who can help train their latest language model on advanced deal analysis and investment decision-making tasks.
We're looking for VPs and Principals at top private equity firms who have moved beyond execution and now own deal processes end to end. You have led due diligence workstreams, presented to investment committees, and developed the kind of judgment that only comes from seeing a large number of deals at close range. You know not just how to build a model but how to stress-test the assumptions that drive it and communicate the risk in a way that holds up under scrutiny.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across senior PE workflows: deal structuring and returns analysis, investment committee memo writing, due diligence oversight and synthesis, portfolio company performance review, and exit analysis.
Compensation: $150/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5 to 20 hours per week (up to $3,000/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: April
Qualifications:
VP or Principal at a top private equity firm with end-to-end deal ownership experience
Significant experience presenting to investment committees and leading due diligence processes
Strong written communication and ability to evaluate complex financial analysis for accuracy and investment soundness

Is this traditional consulting?
